We had a wonderful stay in the mountains and loved the peaceful surroundings. The location was incredible and we appreciated the lush forests that surrounded the hotel. We also enjoyed the clean hotel facilities and the efficient service provided by the staff. The breakfast was great and we were happy with the available parking.

Spent Christmas in the mountains and it was a great experience. Enjoyed the traditional cuisine and appreciated the efficient service. The location was perfect for skiing and the nearby hot springs were a much-needed treat after long hours in the snow.
The language barrier made it difficult to communicate with most of the staff. there wasn't much to do in the hotel apart from hitting the slopes.
